This morning I had the pleasure of joining the amazing team behind ‘Nourish Our Nurses’, the local volunteer project organised by Jo-Ann Airikkala and Debi Peppin to provide fresh food to NHS Staff.
Jo-Ann, Debi, and their incredible team of volunteers buy produce and pack bags of fresh food for staff each week, which are distributed to different hospital teams. They have already raised over £50,000, which has enabled them to deliver thousands of bags to frontline staff at St Peter’s Hospital!
