Today in Westminster Dr Ben Spencer called on the Chancellor to get planes flying again, in addition to providing direct support to those in the sector affected by the current crisis.
Aviation is crucial to Runnymede and Weybridge due to our proximity to Heathrow and many jobs and businesses rely on the sector. Dr Spencer has already met with Heathrow Airport Ltd and continues to work across government and industry on the need to mitigate the impact of Covid-19 on the aviation sector.
