I was delighted to visit St Peter’s hospital this morning to meet with Suzanne Rankin and Andy Field, Chief Exec and Chairman, but also the doctors, nurses, administrators and support staff across A&E and the wards.
The visit also provided the opportunity to meet with and discuss the ongoing work of the North West Surrey Integrated Care Partnership. I was particularly impressed by the clear commitment and ability of NHS team across North West Surrey to work in partnership to deliver better outcomes across both health and social care.
The transformation work being carried out both on site and across Surrey promises to deliver better experience for both patients and staff, and I look forward to working with them to continue to drive for improved standards across our NHS.
