I am delighted that the bid for funding from Surrey County Council’s Your Fund Surrey by the amazing Thorpe Green Community Fitness Project for a car park and Community facilities at Thorpe Green has been approved by the Fund Advisory Panel.
After visiting Core Judo earlier this year and seeing the astonishing work they have already done on their dojo, I was pleased to write a letter of endorsement for Jonathan and his fantastic team to support their proposals to bring improved facilities for the people of Thorpe and - providing the decision is formally approved by SCC - I cannot wait to see the outcome of their hard work.
