I recently joined local councillor Jonathan Hulley to meet with the residents committee and site manager at Fangrove Park, Lyne to discuss local issues affecting residents as well as national park home policy.
I have been working with many park home residents on matters such as how residential sites that pay their energy bill through the owner can benefit from the Government’s £400 energy discount, changing how park home pitch fees are calculated from the RPI measure to CPI, and the current 10% sales commission that park home owners take from residents when selling their home.
I look forward to returning to Fangrove Park for a wider community meeting and visiting more of our park homes in Runnymede and Weybridge to hear from residents over the next year.
