Constituents affected by British Airways redundancies or other issues concerning the aviation sector are being urged to submit questions to the Transport Select Committee, as part of their ongoing inquiry into the implications of the pandemic for transport.
The Committee will be hearing evidence from Mr. Willie Walsh, Chief Executive of International Airlines Group, parent company of British Airways on Monday 11th May, and from trade unions and the Aviation Minister, Kelly Tolhurst MP on May 20th. Your questions can help shape the agenda for these sessions.
The Transport Select Committee can be emailed at [email protected] and every email will receive a response. For more information on the inquiry, please visit https://committees.parliament.uk/committee/153/transport-committee/news/146309/witness-update-and-chair-comment-on-british-airways-participation/.
